SPEC Teacher Guidelines

The Teacher Guidelines were updated January 2011. The essential background, ethos and course information is presented in a hard backed ring binder. The guidelines cover all SPEC courses currently available.
They provide detail of: the following NZQA Approved Certificate Qualifications:
(112993) The Certificate in Mainstream Studies (Level 1)
(111295) The Certificate in Mainstream Studies (Level 2)
&
(111296) The Certificate in Learning Support (Level 1)
Samples of student’s work are included for the Supported Learning courses through to the highest Award, the THREE Star award.
Verification procedures are clearly explained, along with detail about how the SPEC organisation operates.
Every school who becomes a SPEC member MUST purchase a copy of the Teacher’s Guidelines.
